Our outpatient facility in Portland, Oregon, provides multiple levels of care to assist people from all different backgrounds and levels of addiction.

Treatment at either of Serenity Lane's Portland offices includes all of the following:
-Free initial consultation-Level I outpatient and Level II intensive outpatient programming-DUII state-licensed programs-Daytime and evening programs-Education sessions-Group and individual counseling-Family program-Employer/EAP services-12-Step participation
The Level II intensive outpatient treatment program is a ten-week program that includes group therapy, individual counseling, and education about addiction. Treatment groups meet three times a week for three hours per session.
In the Level I outpatient program, patients meet once per week for 60-90 minutes and have a group counseling session focused on learning how to identify and manage stressful life events, and how to cope with the inevitable ups and downs of early recovery.
Also included in the programming at this facility is a free initial consultation.

At Serenity Lane Portland East, we offer a range of outpatient services designed to meet the needs of working professionals, families, and individuals in need of substance use disorder treatment. Along with the Portland West office, we offer Level I outpatient and Level II intensive outpatient programming, DUII services, free assessments with care planning, and family programming.
Serenity Lane was first created as a private, non-profit treatment center for addiction and substance use issues in 1973 by Dr. Thomas A. Kerns. Serenity Lane has been licensed as a specialty hospital treating addiction since 1973, and all programs are accredited by CARF (the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).
